Presidential Debate Watch: Polling Results
The Political Science Club hosted a viewing of the second presidential debate Oct. 7 at the Town and
Country campus. About sixty people attended, and twenty-one stayed afterwards to vote in an (unscientific) straw poll. Here are the results.

We are sponsoring two events this week at the Town and Country Eagle Room:
Monday, October 6, 12:30pm: ROUNDTABLE: Debating the First Two Debates. Who’s winning the fight for public opinion? Now that we’ve heard from all of the presidential and vice-presidential candidates we’ll assess the status of the campaign.
Tuesday, October 7, 7:30 pm: SECOND PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE: Senators John McCain and Barack Obama come out swinging for a rematch of their first debate.
Refreshments will be served; all are invited.

Vice-Presidential Debate Watch: Polling Results
The Political Science Club hosted an airing of the vice-presidential debate Oct. 2 at the Katy Campus. About 100 people attended, and 44 students stayed afterwards to vote in an “unscientific” straw poll and discuss what they saw. Here are the results.
