Film: The Uncounted (80 min)
This Class Session Examines Voting Tricks and Trends
Should we worry about our votes being accurately counted? On Tuesday, September 30, at 12:30 p.m., Pandora’s Box presents Uncounted (80 min), a documentary that investigates irregularities in recent elections.
Focusing on the vulnerabilities of electronic balloting boxes, their distribution, and other ways to limit voter participation and turnout, the film examines what’s been discovered that can potentially affect the outcomes of elections and what has and has not been done to protect voters’ ballots in 2008. Tom Haymes, IT Director, will introduce the film and lead discussions following it.
